Ramiro Mendoza, who was a champion in Boston in 2004 after winning it all in the Bronx in 1996, 1998-2000. A couple of astute readers also pointed out that Mike Lowell played for the 1998 Yankees championship team (as an 8-game September call-up) and therefore would qualify.
